Ⅲ.How to view my order shipping status?

1. By our email

After successfully paying and placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain all the products you purchased this time; After the order is dispatched, you will receive another email, which will contain the shipping tracking information of your package. Please be sure to check your email information to prevent it from being thrown into the garbage bin.

Some orders may not be able to successfully display the order shipping information due to a short time. Please do not worry. This does not mean that your package has not been dispatched. Ⅳ.Shipping Incidents

If you have not received your item(s) for a long time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4. Delivery delay caused by any other reason beyond control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

Certainly, we also offer free and prepaid re-shipping services in the event of an shipping incident. But that all depends on the specific circumstances.

4. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, We cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
