Omffiby guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. Our product quality is guaranteed. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we can easily arrange a refund or an exchange for you, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return or an exchange.


1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

3. Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only.

4. Free gifts are non-refundable or non-returnable.



1. Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your reason, indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.

2. We will review your request and get back to you ASAP.

3. If your return request is approved, send the item(s) back to us through your local post office at your own expense. Provide us with the tracking number for the returned parcels for follow-up purposes.

4. We will process your return or exchange within 5 business days after we receive your parcel.


    • We understand that the return process can be slow and that return shipping costs can be significant. Therefore, we offer an alternative solution: our Re-dispatch Service. With this service, you can keep and handle the old item(s) yourself without sending it back to us. We will arrange to ship a new item(s) to you at our expense. This way, you only need to wait for the new item(s) that meets your needs. For more details, please contact our Customer Service team.
    • Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
    • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
    • Please be sure to double-check your returns before. We are not responsible for the return of non-Omffiby products.
    • We are not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.
    • We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.



In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Omffiby in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 3-5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.


Your order will be fully refunded if it's cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied to cover warehouse processing expenses. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders are already in transit.
